BRUSCHETTA

Hey everyone,
I find Italian food delicious so this recipe is for Bruschetta which is an Italian antipasto. Bruschetta is basically crispy garlic/olive oil slices of baguette that are topped with a tomato/parsley/salad onion mixture. Keep reading to find out how to create this delicious entree perfect for entertaining.
Ingredients:
1x Baguette
Spray Olive Oil
Minced Garlic
Grated Cheese
2x Tomatoes
1x Salad Onion
1x Parsley Bunch
Lemon Juice
Lime Juice
French Dressing
Step 1: Slice up your baguette into thin slices.
Step 2: Spray the slices with the olive oil and rub in some miced garlic and top with cheese.
Step 3: Bake your baguette slices in the oven for 10-15 minutes to crisp.
Step 4: Thinly dice your tomato, parsley and salad onion and place it into a bowl.
Step 5: Combine the lemon juice, french dressing and lime juice into the mixture. 
Step 6: Check on your baguette crisps and if they are brown and crispy, take them out.
Step 7: Place your bowl of mixture on a large plate and arrange the baguettes around the bowl.
Bruschetta is always a popular party food and great to serve when entertaining!
