ENTERTAINING: BREAKFAST

Hey everyone,
Sometimes it's fun to make a massive breakfast and feast with your family or have a brunch party but it's always hard in deciding which breakfast foods to make!! I thought I would do a little tutorial on the breakfast I made for my family this weekend to give some ideas as to what you could cook.
 Foods being made:
1. Pancakes
2. Hash browns
3. Toast
4. Eggs
 Step 1: Pancakes
You can either use a pre-mix, your own recipe or my recipe previously mentioned in Rocky Road Pancakes and Macadamia Pancakes.
Smaller sized pancakes are better for sharing and make sure to have lots of toppings available like cream, jam, butter, maple syrup, golden syrup and honey.

 Step 2: Hashbrowns
Some potato product is always yummy but it doesn't specifically have to be Hash Browns. It could be a Potato Fritters or Potato Gems.

 Step 3: Toast
I buttered most of them, spread some avocado on some and also left some plain. I would recommend doing this last so that the toast is still fresh and warm. French Toast is another type of toast that you could make and you can check out my recipe for that here.
 Step 4: Eggs
Poached, scrambled, fried or boiled...whatever your family likes but eggs are always a breakfast necessity.
You could also add a bowl of fresh fruit, some sauces as well as juice and coffee of course.
I hope this gave you a couple of breakfast ideas!!
